    Black Ankle Lodge offers an exciting variety of enjoyment. From a relaxing, rejuvenating weekend to a week-long family vacation, to an adventurous trip out in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Black Ankle Lodge is a secluded luxury cabin tucked away on a mountainside in the Aska Adventure Area, bordered by the Chattahoochee National Forest with the beautiful view of Clark Mountain off the spacious main deck and private screened-in master deck.

    Black Ankle Lodge is a spacious luxurious cabin featuring a 2 bedroom 2 baths with a spacious sleeping loft. This cabin comfortably sleeps 8. The master bedroom offers a luxurious TEMPUR-pedic king sized bed with Egyptian cotton sheets and satellite TV, private bath and private screened in deck with an "up high" view of the mountain. The sleeping loft sleeps 4 with two pine trundle beds and a picturesque window to view deer. The guestroom features a comfortable pillow-top queen sized bed with Egyptian cotton sheets and satellite TV along with private French doors onto the deck where the hot-tub and view await. This cabin also features a queen pine bunk bed (sleeps 3) on the lower level (Partially finished basement), satellite TV with a private entrance onto the large deck.. Bathrooms are comfortably appointed with lots of extra towels and soaps. Hot tub towels are offered for your convenience. The cathedral style living room has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa located in front of a stone fireplace. Complimentary wireless DSL available.

    Black Ankle Lodge is just minutes away from some the best trout fishing streams in North Georgia and beautiful Lake Blue Ridge, Toccoa River, Coopers Creek, Dicks, Noontootla Creek, and Rock Creek just to name a few. Noontootla Creek Farms offers skeet shooting tournaments, guided trout fishing trips, and quail hunting. Springer Mountain, the Southern Terminus of The Appalachian Trail, is just 15 miles away, do a day hike on the Appalachian Trail, or stay here overnight while you are here to begin your Appalachian Trail Hike. Black Ankle Lodge is just 15 minutes from the quaint shops of downtown Blue Ridge. Shop, eat or take a day trip to Tennessee on the Blue Ridge Locomotive train. There is always something to do in beautiful Blue Ridge.
